-Black chat stands for Review Chat (Message seen ingame.)
-Green chat stands for Skip Chat (Message not seen ingame; No punishment awarded by system.)
-Red chat stands for Block Chat (Message not seen ingame; System automatically gives chat ban to user.)
If you see a message in the log that seems inappropriate for Chobots and requires action please do the following:
You should always keep an eye on the log, even while taking action against another user.
NOTE: You should paste the users info in their User Notes if the system bans their chat (Red message in log.)
You will also find another feature in the log, User messages. To operate, complete the following:
The last feature is the "allow" button, which can be found next to a username.
Usually only level 100 (Administrator-level panel) use this button, but all Moderators have access to this. This button will add their message to the "allow" section on the Chat Tab.
As stated, only level 100 panels usually use this feature, and the button should NOT be pressed ever unless a message is required to be allowed.

On the chat tab you have the options to modify: Block words, Skip words, Allowed words, Review words- Block words To operate this section
Log Tab
In the log tab you have many features. This tab will constantly flow chat from the game with words that come from the Chat tab.-Black chat stands for Review Chat (Message seen ingame.)
-Green chat stands for Skip Chat (Message not seen ingame; No punishment awarded by system.)
-Red chat stands for Block Chat (Message not seen ingame; System automatically gives chat ban to user.)

- Click on the username in the chat log.
- Copy their chat from the message and paste into their User Notes. Press "Save".
- Take appropriate action against the user.

You will also find another feature in the log, User messages. To operate, complete the following:
- Click on a Username from the log tab.
- At the bottom in User messages, it will display all chat of a User from their last login point (the last time they refreshed).
